Downtown Mini-Storage


We have ten acres of storage units and parking spaces. There are heated and unheated units as well as covered and uncovered parking spaces. Our units range from 5×5 to 20×40 in heated building and 5×5 to 10×30 in unheated buildings. We have a wonderful staff of friendly and helpful people who will help you in any way they can. We want to provide safe, convenient self-storage for all of your belongings.

STARTING A LEASE

We have one month lease requirement. It includes the first month’s rent in addition to the deposit. We have a $15.00 refundable deposit for all units. We do not have a move-in or administrative fee for starting a lease. The total amount due will need to be paid prior to renting the unit or parking space. The only form of payments accepted are cash, personal check, cashier’s check or money order.  All leases are to be signed by the tenant in the office at the time of move-in with required identification. The only accepted identification types are state issued ID’s/driver’s license or a passport.

HEATED STORAGE
With the heated storage, tenants get the benefits of our two-acre climate-controlled building. Our tenants that have these units enjoy the ability to load/unload items while protected from the weather conditions outside. The building is accessible during office hours and everyday of the week. The access hours might be different during holidays.

UNHEATED STORAGE
With the unheated storage, tenants get the convenience of our fenced outside area. These units are the most cost efficient way to store your items.  The 5×5’s, 5×10’s & 10×10’s have access from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The 10×15’s, 10×20’s, 10×25’s & 10×30’s have access from 6:00am to 11:00pm. We provide a cylinder lock with a refundable $15.00 deposit.

PARKING
With the parking spaces, tenants have a safe place to store their vehicles, which is behind a fenced area, which is accessible only by tenants. We have options of covered or uncovered parking spaces. The spaces range from 9×25 to 12×50.

BUSINESS STORAGE   We have large drive-up units that are suitable for small businesses. Instead of renting a commercial space with a long-term lease requirement, we can offer a month-to-month terms and the ability to transfer, add or drop units depending on your space needed.
